Drumfit | Ages 18+

1:00pm - 2:00pm


Drum to fun songs using a fitness ball and drum sticks. All fitness levels welcome. No experience required.

Osteofit for Better Bones (Cantonese) | Ages 55+

5:00pm - 6:00pm


Improve balance and muscular strength to help protect against possible fractures in this program designed specifically for those living with osteoporosis. This course is conducted in Cantonese. Medical Clearance from doctor required.

General Interest

Crochet Fashion | Ages 10-16

Make a cardigan and other items time permitting in these instructor-led sessions that include learning crochet skills and meeting new friends. Supplies included.

Graphic Design | Ages 10-16

1:15pm - 2:15pm


Develop skills in creating visual content that include logos, posters, and memes using graphic design software and produce a portfolio of designs.


Designated Days of the Year Art | Ages 6-12

Make a New Year 2023-themed art project using a range of multimedia. Supplies included.

Bohemian Crafts | Ages 7-14

Design a bright and unique piece of wall art in this fun and creative program that uses this style that combines objects, colours and patterns from around the world.

Weaving Art | Ages 8-14

9:30am - 10:15am


Create and take home a small weaved project combined with needlework. Supplies included.

Illustration and Sketch Fundamentals

Ages 9-13

Learn foundational drawing and painting skills and techniques that include using perspective light, form, space, composition and shading to create coherent images. Learn perspective drawing as well as oil pastel painting skills.

Character Design and Visual Storytelling

Ages 10-16

Create interesting characters and illustrative scenes through drawing and visual storytelling techniques using graphics, images, pictures and videos to engage with viewers. Laptop containing a USB connector port required at each session.

Martial Arts

Health QiGong - Yi Jin Jing | Ages 55+

10:00am - 11:00am


Focus on the upper body, arms and spine to learn basic harmonious standing movements along with breathing techniques that help to strengthen muscles and tendons, improve flexibility and balance. Instructed by a certified Qigong instructor.

Tai Chi - Sword | Ages 55+

11:00am - 12:00pm


Strive to perfect the core principles through this introductory sword class, improve balance and develop proper breathing all while learning this beautiful sword routine. Instructed by a qualified martial arts instructor.
